The working principle of a glue coating machine is to evenly apply glue on the surface of the coated object through spraying or rolling. Generally speaking, a glue applicator consists of a glue supply system, a conveying system, and a coating system.
Firstly, in the glue supply system, the glue is stored in a glue tank or barrel and sent to the coating system through devices such as pumps or conveyor belts. Next, in the conveying system, the coated material is placed on the conveyor belt or moved through other conveying devices. The conveyor belt will transport the coated material from one location to another. Finally, in the coating system, the glue is evenly applied to the surface of the coated object through devices such as nozzles or roller coating rolls.
